Freedom.
That one word can mean so many things to so many different people.
A different job.
A different home.
Kids leaving home.
Kids returning home.
Being in nature.
Being healthy.
Escape from an abusive relationship, whether physically or emotionally.
Being able to go out in public without an anxiety attack.
Feeling safe to walk down the street.
Ability to be who you are sexually.
Here’s a popular one… FINANCES!
Having money after your bills are paid.
Or how about having enough money to PAY your bills.
Think about what that ONE word means to you.
Is there something that is holding you back from feeling FREE in your life?
Is your life where you want it to be?
Are you looking at yourself in the mirror wondering, “What happened?”
Because feeling FREE or having FREEDOM can mean a million different things, it is important to do an inventory of have and have nots. Get a paper or take out your smartphone/electronic device and make two columns:
Column 1 – Things I am super grateful for
Column 2 – Things I feel would create more joy in my life
Take some time to do this.
Appreciate what is in Column 1.
Now evaluate what is in Column 2. Are those items realistic?
For example:
An item such as “$1,000,000,000” – while that “may” create more joy, it may also be unrealistic in the sense that perhaps “enough finances to make ends meet and save for retirement” may be more realistic without being a billion dollars.
If your relationship is causing more pain that joy, it may be time to evaluate the cause.
Freedom of sexuality is something that should be a no-brainer. However, there is much push-back in communities where it is not accepted to be anything other than straight or homosexual.
In a perfect world, what would FREEDOM mean to you?

Needed to put you one tiny observation in order to say thank you once again about the beautiful strategies you have featured on this website. This has been quite pretty open-handed of people like you to make unhampered precisely what most of us would have distributed for an ebook to end up making some profit on their own, most importantly considering the fact that you might well have tried it if you ever desired. These advice also acted to provide a easy way to fully grasp that other individuals have the same eagerness the same as my own to find out more in respect of this condition. I believe there are many more pleasant periods up front for individuals that take a look at your blog post. Jana Kliment Morgenthaler
